Giving Tuesday—the global day of generosity that kicks off the giving season—is today!

As a nonprofit educational organization, the Yocum African American History Association (YAAHA) relies on the generosity of supporters like you to teach that black history is American history. 

Our most urgent need is financial aid, and we deeply appreciate your gift, no matter the amount. Our goal this year is to reach 1,890 gifts, and your gift today will count toward this important goal.

Our children must know their heritage, and with your donation, YAAHA can make sure children of all ethnicities know that blacks have been involved with every milestone in American History.

Your generous support will make it possible for YAAHA to teach younger children this rich history using Harriet & Roxanne lesson plans. With your contribution, we can craft the lesson plans into intriguing children’s books and videos.
