A befuddled Joe Biden went viral on social media Thursday after a video surfaced showing the Commander-in-Chief’s bizarre behavior at the conclusion of a speech.
The bewildered President offered his outstretched hand towards nothing, then walked around the stage before wandering off.
“After Biden finished his speech, he turned around and tried to shake hands with thin air and then wandered around looking confused,” reports the Washington Free Beacon.
